Reporting a problem

Include these details if you can:

• Your phone model and Android version.
• The game version shown in Settings.
• What you were doing and what happened.
• Steps that make the problem happen again.
• A screenshot, if it helps and contains no private information.

Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information.

Saved progress

Classic matches, campaign progress and personal bests are stored locally. Reopening the app should let you continue a saved classic match. Uninstalling the game or clearing its storage can remove this information, and there is no cloud restore in Version 2.0.

Daily challenge

The daily puzzle follows the calendar date on your device and works offline. An attempt keeps the date on which it was started. Check your phone’s date settings if the daily challenge appears different from the expected day.

Comfort and accessibility

Open the game’s Settings to change sound, haptics, cascade speed, reduced motion, or numbered player markers. Player markers add numbers to coloured cells so ownership is easier to distinguish.

Optional ads

The optional rewarded theme trial for adults is being prepared for the store release. Children, teens and players with an unspecified age play without ads. If an ad is unavailable, you can keep playing and unlock styles through normal progress. The planned placement does not interrupt matches.

Store availability

The Google Play release is in preparation. The official store link will be added to the home page when available. We have not announced a release date.
